Bridie Ross - Senior UX Researcher uncovering insights that drive strategy, revenue, and real-world change.

I’m a senior UX researcher with over 7 years of experience delivering impactful insights for BT (London), ANZ, Jetstar, Commonwealth Bank, Qantas, and Tennis Australia. I’m passionate about both qualitative and quantitative research, with a focus on usability testing, focus groups, interviews, and surveys.

I take a tailored, experimental approach to method design, adapting techniques to each context to surface insights clients may not yet realise they need. I have a strong interest in both aviation and the sports industry, and enjoy helping teams uncover deep user insight to inform confident, evidence-based decisions.
